AACTION is very excited to announce that we will be returning to India for further autism training! Our team consists of Christopher Flint, Lally Daley, Katie Hench, and Heera Chandani. We will be departing December 26th 2009 and returning January 9th 2010.

While in India we will be conducting two intensive trainings, one in Delhi and one in Bangalore. We will also assist Open Door School in Delhi and ASHA school in Bangalore with classroom makeovers. We will also be meeting with people from the media to hopefully begin projects to raise awareness about autism in India. It will be a lot of work (our team only has one free day) but we are very enthusiastic and thankful to be returning to India.

In a world where bad and depressing news seems to rule, it is inspiring to me that the AACTION team is taking vacation time from their jobs during the holiday season to travel to India. The passion and commitment of these young professionals is amazing.
